Mozi aa7a282d7d l10n(zh): add human translation 
Since the English translation is generated by a program, not by a
  English-speaking person, the meaning of the sentence is verbose and/or
  unclear. I have to rewrite the Chinese translation according to my own
  understanding, so there may be a lot of modifications.
